Sophie grew up in Auckland and recently graduated in law from the University of Canterbury, following an exchange semester at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
She has completed her Professional Legal Studies Course and is due to be admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand later this year.
